Opportunity

Zurich Canada is seeking a Multinational Services Manager to lead all servicing and operational activities for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure high‑quality service delivery and a best‑in‑class customer experience. The position is part of a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure attainment of service goals, including production timeliness and quality standards across all supported areas.
• Lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists responsible for business servicing and compliance.
