Multilingual Factory Operations Manager

Remoly's client, a well-established Chinese-invested FDI company in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Factory Deputy Manager to oversee daily factory operations, support production management, optimize efficiency, and ensure quality, safety and productivity targets are achieved.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years in Malaysian manufacturing, and fluency in Chinese, Malay and English to bridge teams.
