Job Overview
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Tarmac Cloddach Sand & Gravel Quarry, Elgin. The role focuses on loader and static plant operations producing dry aggregate materials for construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery including dumpers, loading shovels, forklifts and blocking operations.
- Maintain day‑to‑day static plant and uphold high housekeeping standards.
- Complete additional duties as directed, with full training provided.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in aggregates, quarrying, or an industrial/factory environment.
- Previous loader or static plant operator experience preferred.
- Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills.
