Contract: Full Time Permanent
Salary: Up to £14.84 per hour , plus company van & fuel card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday-Friday)

We're on the lookout for talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team in Dover, supporting a busy social housing contract. We are recruiting for two positions within this advert:
One role focused on Planned Works
One role focused on VoidsBoth roles offer a hands-on opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, helping to ensure residents' homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.
These are dynamic roles where you'll be responsible for carrying out multi-trade works across social housing properties. Depending on the role, you will either be delivering planned maintenance programmes or preparing void properties to a high standard ahead of re-let. No two days ...
