Multi-site Deputy General Manager

Deputy General Manager Bridgend & Cwmbran FWC | Operations Management | Fixed Term | Full Time (up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience) + Commissions OTE £6,000.00 p/a | 6‑Month FTC with possibility for extension / permanent placement.

This role is created to build a culture and environment where customer‑facing teams deliver exceptional service and referrals across service lines to hospitals, clinical services, and other wellbeing centres, as part of a holistic healthcare journey. You will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all aspects of service lines and the overall beneficiary experience, focusing on customer intimacy, commercial success, and revenue across those services.
