JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the VP of BC Operations
• Attending or investigating claims on behalf of our principals to assess damages, create scopes of repair, interview claimants and witnesses, and create scene diagrams
• Reviewing policy wordings to determine coverage
• Communicating findings of investigations in a detailed report format
• Reviewing professional reports related to the claim, such as engineering, accounting, legal or building consultant reports
• Authorizing or denying coverage based on findings and instructions received from our principals
