Job Description
- Support to manage and supervise MSL activities in conducting validation, evaluation, characterization of media, media process and related components compliance and design margin.
- Develop surface analysis technique to validate compliance to design and reliability margin to requirements.
- Publish and review evaluation and failure analysis result conducted by engineering assistants.
- Coordinate with process owners, evaluation team members on surface analysis result and work with them on assessment on improvement activities.
- Support in the supervision EAs and arrange priorities on daily evaluation, failure analysis activities to ensure compliance to completion target dates.
- Coordinate with external lab for surface analysis capabilities when not available internally and benchmark other analysis technique if possible.
