Job Description
Position: Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) – NTT DATA Responsibilities Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Determine root causes of critical incidents and implement solutions. Manage high‑complexity tickets, conduct thorough analyses, and deliver resolutions. Coach and mentor junior team members, and create knowledge articles for frequent tasks. Provide input to automation teams to reduce manual efforts. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and fully operational. Use monitoring tools to respond promptly to alerts. Identify and log problems before escalation; analyze and elevate support calls. Investigate third‑line support calls to find root causes and solutions.
