Job Description
Job Title: MRO Engineer – Support the Repair Development for aero engine components.
Role Description- Analyzing part requirements to determine the most efficient manufacturing sequence.
- Selecting appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment for production.
- Developing and documenting comprehensive process plans to ensure manufacturability.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as quality and design, to ensure goals are met.
- Identifying and eliminating waste, defects, and variation in the production process.
- Using tools like process mapping, simulation, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Drive the creation and refinement of robust repair processes for specific Aero Engine Components.
