MRAM Research Fellow: Advanced Memory Devices

NTU in Singapore seeks an experienced researcher to design and develop high-performance MRAM devices for advanced memory applications. You will coordinate with international partners and oversee wafer-level device development.

You will perform PVD on 300mm wafers, lead lithography and etching processes, and analyze structural and electrical characterization data to advance the joint development programme.
