As a Mountain Bike Guide & Mechanic at Outdoor Norway you will be taking clients of differing abilities on a variety of terrain. You are expected to be an experienced rider, confident in all areas of riding, comfortable on steep, technical terrain and have basic bike maintenance skills.
We pride ourselves on delivering memorable, fun and safe experiences in a relaxed manner to all our guests.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**First and foremost, uphold our mission**: We create great memories for our guests.
Ensure a safe, fun and timely tour;
Knowledge of essential maintenance techniques to keep bikes in good working order.
