Overview
As Motorpool Engineer , you will maintain and plan efficient schedules for all company vehicles and stationary equipment and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Administration team, internal departments, and drivers to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team members by monitoring daily activities, scheduling tasks, conducting performance appraisals, and approving time/leave applications.
- Maintain fleet and asset health by implementing and ensuring prompt execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) and preparing requisitions for parts.
