Motor Winder

Responsibilities

• Wind and assemble motor coils with precision to ensure optimal electrical performance and longevity.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and circuits to identify wear and potential failures.
• Utilize specialized winding machinery and tools; maintain equipment for peak operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards while handling high‑voltage systems and materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in motor winding or related electrical work.
• Proficient in using winding machines and tools; familiarity with CNC machines is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and motor design; prior experience with AC/DC motors is essential.
