MOS Coach: Operational Excellence in Mining

Fuse Advisors, based in Chile, seeks a proactive Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to implement, sustain, and continuously improve MOS for client organizations. You will report to the Manager, MOS and work directly with clients to embed MOS practices efficiently—on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation to site.

This role requires 7+ years in operations or continuous improvement, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and hands-on leadership.
