• Cultivate, build, and manage relationships with a referral network to generate a pipeline of new mortgage business and grow BMO’s share of the home financing market.
• Actively identify sales opportunities and refer them to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
• Follow corporate policies, operating directives, legal, and regulatory requirements.
