Mortgage Sales Support - Bilingual Required

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide industry-leading customer service via phone and email
• Set up Broker and Lender profiles for MCI participation
• Assist with policies, compensation, and sales inquiries
• Partner with Sales for training and presentations
• Troubleshoot issues for Brokers or Sales staff

Requirements:
• Postgraduate education or related experience
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is advantageous
