Mortgage Sales Leader: Grow Team & Portfolio

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager, Mortgage, to lead a team of mortgage sales executives across Malaysia. You will design and execute sales strategies to grow the mortgage loan portfolio and achieve targets.

Reporting to senior management, you will coach, monitor performance, build relationships with developers and agents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing to enhance the customer experience.
