Job Description
*MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSER I*
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Mortgage Loan Closer I is responsible for reviewing executed loan packages for accuracy and completeness. They are also responsible for funding the loan. The Mortgage Loan Closer I is also responsible for completing post-closing audits and issuing post consummation closing disclosures.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Ensures file and documents meet all applicable bank and compliance requirements.
* Communicate and respond to internal customers within 2 hours.
* Confirms all applicable wait periods have been met prior to funding.
* Confirms all prior to funding conditions have been satisfied.
* Completes a minimum of 8 files per day.
* Issues post consummation
* Completes post
* Follows up for trailing docs as needed.
* Verifies and inputs loan information accurately into loan origination system.
* Verifies the following information is correct, but not limited to: subject property address, wire inf...
