 Due to exciting growth and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Business Relationship Manager to join a specialist Property Lending bank in London. You will be responsible for supporting lending activity across the mortgage function, and maintaining and growing relationships with an allocated pool of Brokers. You will be responsible for liaising actively with Brokers via outbound telephony, and driving new business and registrations, whilst supporting Senior Development Directors with new mortgage business. 
  Key Duties of the Mortgage Lending Relationship Manager: 
 Develop and implement a proactive contact strategy for brokers in a designated region, considering broker segmentation (Tier 1-3) and aligning with Field BDMs/Key Accounts.
