Mortgage Lending Operations Manager

My client is an award winning, established, successful, fast growing and ambitious specialist Mortgage Lender. The company's main aim is to enable its clientele to secure the mortgage for their property that they desire, whilst providing them with the very best level of service.

Due to successful business growth the company are currently keen to hire a Mortgage Lending Operations Manager. Within this position the Operations Manager will lead a team of Mortgage Underwriter’s and Case Manager’s that underwrite/administer often complex/specialist mortgage case’s, which are often manually underwritten.

Following on from a strong 2025 performance, the lender aims to increase the amount in which in lent last year by another 50% during 2026.

This is a hybrid role whereby the successful candidate would work from a Central Glasgow based office on a three days per week basis and you will have the opportunity to work from home remotely on two days per week. Alternatively, if ...
