Mortgage Client Success Specialist

eLEND is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage submissions, analyze registrations, and guide clients through the eLEND portal while maintaining a high standard of service.

This role requires strong communication and relationship skills, expertise in loan structuring and AUS findings, proficiency with CRM platforms and mortgage systems, and the ability to deliver trainings and create process documentation.
