As a Mortgage Banker supporting Mississauga, Lakeshore, and Hamilton branches, you'll be the subject matter expert on complex credit situations and enhance member relationships. This role requires you to actively engage with members, addressing their mortgage needs, and providing sound financial advice. Your role is crucial in meeting Alterna’s Operational Excellence standards while collaborating with branch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional member experiences with tailored mortgage solutions
• Manage and close mortgage, credit, and bridge loan products
• Coach staff on retail lending and mortgage processes
• Resolve customer issues and maintain documentation
• Build relationships to promote credit union services
