Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Social Economic Impact Organisation
Salary: R800 K
Contract type: 2-year contract, Onsite (Sandton) Minimum Requirements Completed Honours or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as monitoring and evaluation, statistics, or economics. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or a related field from Social/Economic Impact, Youth Development or Community Development environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Certification in monitoring and evaluation (e.g., M&E Certified Professional) is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in one or more additional South African languages being advantageous.
