Job Description
The SFP Field Executive is responsible for driving business growth within a designated territory by developing and managing a strong B2B network and executing impactful B2C engagement strategies.
B2B Management
- Lead scoping and negotiation processes aligned with the B2B strategy.
- Ensure optimal availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of SFP products and POS materials.
- Implement inventory management systems and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize ROI, visibility, and market share.
B2C Engagement
- Design and implement consumer engagement activities based on market intelligence and consumer insights.
- Drive category awareness and quality acquisition of SFP users in the assigned territory.
Touchpoint Management
- Oversee daily operations of SFP touchpoints, ensuring compliance with company standards.
