MOC Fleet Engineer (Barcelona)

Job Purpose: Monitor and manage deferred fleet defects daily in AMOS, ensuring timely resolution planning, liaising with the Operational Control Centre on limitations and operational restrictions.

Main Accountabilities

• Monitor and manage deferred fleet items in AMOS, ensuring timely resolution.
• Report fleet limitations and restrictions to OCC, including pre-flight impacts.
• Handle technical consultations with manufacturers (Airbus, IAE, CFM, Goodrich, etc.).
• Process MEL and non-MEL extension requests under regulatory guidelines.
• Support MEL usage and troubleshooting processes.
• Oversee fleet health by evaluating multiple system failures and managing deferments per regulations.
• Provide expert technical advice to pilots and technicians for defect resolution.
• Assist MROs and external stations with remote support on deferments and technical issues.
