Job Description
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile device issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Perform hardware repairs including screen replacements and battery installations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Install and configure software updates, applications, and security protocols to keep devices up-to-date.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventative care to enhance device performance and longevity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mobile technology are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device repair or related technical service roles.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, is essential.
