Mobile Technician

Job Description

We are hiring skilled professionals who identify and repair issues related to mobile technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support to resolve mobile operating issues for customers.
• Offer advanced installation, tracking, and support for mobile devices and their management systems.
• Provide guidance and support to Technical Support Specialists (TSS) and Technical Resource Teachers (TRT) regarding mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technician experience required.
• 1 year of mobile technology knowledge required.
• Ability to commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work.
