Job Description
EQUANS are looking for a Mobile Technical Operative (Fabric) – this role will be covering Leicester and Northampton areas for our HMCTS contract. There will be 13 courts covered across the area including Magistrates, Combined Courts, Tribunal Buildings etc. This role would be a permanent full‑time role working 40 hours per week – overtime is also available. On offer is a competitive salary of £28,500, a company van, additional training/qualifications and benefits package.
General Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and Equan processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities.
