Job Summary

• The Mobile Refurbishment Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, testing, and grading pre-owned smartphones.
• The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in smartphone refurbishment, particularly iPhones and Android devices, with the ability to restore devices to near‑new condition through quality repairs and cosmetic refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot smartphones for hardware and functional defects.
• Perform refurbishment and repair of smartphones to restore full functionality.
• Replace faulty components including displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, back glass, and other hardware parts.
• Perform cosmetic refurbishment to improve the appearance of devices, ensuring they meet Badili's quality standards.
