Job Description
Responsibilities
- Enhancement and delivery
- Lead/Involve in end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering, estimation, implementation, testing support, delivery/deployment and post-production activity.
- Actively participate in tech team discussion, and user story walk through session by providing feedback respectively.
- Support and Stability
- Provide UAT/Production support to the application whenever an inquiry/incident is raised, including troubleshooting and performing fixes.
- Provide standby support in the event of monthly patching activity, DR drills and other tech related activities.
- Ensure application stability by optimizing application code to have a stable performance and workload.
- Provide implementation support/fixes for any tech initiative/audits/security findings to ensure application always in compliance towards all policy.
