Job Description
To deliver high‑quality planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the Thames Water estate, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, well‑presented, and operating effectively. The role is responsible for completing maintenance and minor works, supporting statutory compliance activities, and providing excellent service through proactive communication, accurate reporting, and adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- To undertake both planned and reactive fabric/building maintenance tasks.
- To ensure buildings are operated and maintained in accordance with both relevant legislation and EMCOR operating procedures.
- Carry out decoration works in order to maintain building appearance.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms and adjacent engineering/operation spaces.
- Provide accurate feedback, information and work reports, utilising the EMCOR UK mobile application.
