Mobile Crisis Clinician - Emergency Services

Tasks/Role:
+ To provide individuals/families in need with 24-hour crisis intervention and stabilization, to prevent or reduce potential suicide, serious debilitation, violent behavior and decrease the need for long-term hospitalization.
+ Work in close collaboration and cooperation with other Emergency Service members and other multidisciplinary agency staff, in carrying out team and agency policies/procedures. For mobile clinicians, this includes effectively working with ES clinicians embedded at the Exeter Hospital to create a seamless transition for the patient when that level of care is needed.
