Mms Coordinator

About the Position
We are looking for a MMS Coordinator to join the MP&F team, reporting directly to the MP&F Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and deployment of MMS methodology across all plant levels
Promote MMS culture and ensure alignment across the organization
Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives focused on waste and loss reduction
Monitor achievement of annual savings and improvement targets
Ensure compliance with management systems: Quality (IATF *****), Environmental (ISO *****), Health & Safety (ISO *****)
What Qualifications you will bring
Minimum 3 years in management systems in automotive industry
Lean Manufacturing
Kaizen and 5S
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
