MLRO & Compliance Lead — UAE Regulated Finance

Airwallex in Dubai seeks an experienced Compliance Manager & MLRO for its UAE entity. You will lead the compliance program, engage regulators, and develop controls to ensure strict AML/CTF adherence across the UAE and MENA region.

You will report to the Regional Director of Financial Crime Compliance and partner with cross‑functional teams to embed regulatory requirements, manage DAU/ECDD processes, and drive ongoing monitoring.
