Software Product Specialist – AI

The Software Product Specialist will support software product operations across AI-related software, software licensing solutions, and SPC software products. This role will work closely with the Software Product Manager, software engineering teams, product line teams, service teams, IT/IS, operations, and customer-facing teams to support smooth software release, license integration, customer onboarding, and ongoing product operation. We are looking for a software product specialist to support product release activities, customer onboarding, documentation, training, and issue follow-up.
