Job Description
As a Production Lead in Mississauga, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing food safety and production efficiency in our plant. Lead a dedicated team and meet production objectives with adherence to safety guidelines.
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities encompass supervising production associates and optimizing workflow for kitting, processing, and packaging. You will ensure compliance with GMP, train new hires effectively, and manage the sanitation processes to uphold food safety standards. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will help maintain performance KPIs.
