**This is a 6-month PRN contract position; provider must be able to provide a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week including every third weekend. The available shifts are for evening and overnight hours.**

**Qualified candidates must hold a current, unrestricted license in Tennessee and live within three hours of the Tennessee border to meet minimum qualifications for this position.
