About the Role
Responsible for ensuring claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision within agreed SLA.
Ensure End to End Major claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision.Monitoring performance reimburse process internal by create solution to minimize repetitive error or any delayed process.Analysis whole documents to make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claim.Minimize complaint and increase customer satisfaction.Verify and analyze whole document claim (including claims that have been process by TPA) before refer claim to Investigator and make sure indication for claim investigation is needed.Cooperate with other department needed such as : Underwriting Dept related cases with PEC / NDC, Legal Depart, POS, etc that’...
