Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Licensed Mining Engineer
- With at least 3-5 years of quarry experience
- Good at oral and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office

- Leading and managing the overall operation.
- Managing and monitoring the performance of staff and labors.
- Strategize, monitor, and achieve agreed productivity and quality of production.
- Supervise field crew activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Research and recommend improvements for quarry and plant operation and optimize equipment and facilities.
- Advise and liaise with management and staff regarding status of daily operation.
- Provide monthly production and inventory reports.
- Ensuring that the demand of sales must be supply.
