**Responsibilities**
+ Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG and bench welding techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.
+ Set up and assemble various machines or components for welding.
+ Grind welds and maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly manner.
+ Collaborate with team members and follow all safety rules and supervisor directions.
