Job Description
**Shop Welder**
**Location:** Cedar Rapids, IA (No Travel)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (50 hours/week)
**Duration:** Approximately 3 months with long-term potential
**Pay:** $23–$26/hr starting, with flexibility for the right candidate (up to $30/hr)
**Project Overview**
Seeking (2) MIG Welders for a shop-based fabrication project building steel roof sections and structural components. This position is based entirely in the shop with no travel required. Strong performers may have opportunities to move into long-term shop or field roles upon project completion.

**Job Duties**
+ MIG weld steel roof sections and structural components
+ Weld I-beams to sheet metal panels
+ Perform butt welds, fillet welds, and T-joint welds
+ Fabricate roof sections approximately 35 feet in length
