The Middle Distillate Trader is responsible for developing and executing integrated physical and derivatives trading strategies in the Asia/East-of-Suez Middle Distillate markets (Diesel Jet), optimizing Chevron’s system and third‑party opportunities to deliver profitable results. The role combines physical trading (cargoes, term/spot supply, blending economics, and logistics interface) with paper trading (swaps/futures) to manage exposure within risk limits, supported by strong market fundamentals, rapid decision-making, and strict adherence to compliance and Operational Excellence standards.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Trade physical Jet, Diesel and Components (spot and term) in East-of-Suez markets to optimize Chevron’s positions and generate profit, including third‑party activity where value‑accretive.
