Mid-Level Labor Attorney – Strategic Litigation

• Managing collective and union litigation
• Full end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic labor litigation
• Handling administrative proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office) and MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment), responding to complaints and implementing other procedural strategies
• Drafting complex procedural pleadings at the trial (merits), appellate and enforcement stages
• Updating and maintaining legal databases and case management systems
• Acting as counsel in hearings, judicial conferences and oral arguments
• Carrying out administrative procedures

Requirements

• Reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo
• Proven experience in corporate labor litigation
• Experience managing a team
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Postgraduate degree in labor law preferred
