Job Description
- Analyze, review, draft, negotiate and approve various contracts, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), amendments, termination agreements and other legal instruments related to the provision of services, supply of goods and commercial partnerships, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation and protection of the company’s interests.
- Lead discussions and negotiations of contractual clauses and terms with internal departments and third parties, providing strategic legal support to business requests with a focus on legal certainty, contractual balance and alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Manage and monitor active and closed contracts, including tracking deadlines, contractual obligations, renewals, notices, terminations and potential contingencies, ensuring appropriate technical, legal and strategic alignment of matters.
