• Responsible for rapidly designing and delivering proof of concepts that validate transformation ideas and shape scalable automation solutions
• Strong technical judgement, solution oriented mindset, and ability to operate independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
• Sound understanding of enterprise integration patterns, AI enabled automation, and a proven ability to translate business ideas into high performance, future ready solutions.

Required Experience

• Atleast 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the BFSI sector—particularly within Banking or Payments domains —with a strong understanding of industry processes, compliance standards, and automation opportunities.
