MSS Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist (f/m) – remote within Spain.
Responsibilities
Your mission:
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics365, ensuring high performance, seamless usability, and robust multi-session management.
- Solution Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Service solutions to meet business needs.
- USD Development: Develop and maintain customizations within Unified Service Desk (USD), including hosted controls, actions, events, and toolbars.
- Telephony Integration: Implement and configure CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) adapters and connectors for USD.
- Full-Stack Logic: Develop custom hosted controls and frontend logic using C#/ .NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
