Roles & responsibilities
- Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Ability to support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
- This role is joint Application Management Service (support) team and project implementation
- Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and set standards.
- Basic Understanding on system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging and system optimizations.
- Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards.
- Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents.
- Proactive and continuous learning on the latest Microsoft release
