- This is not a “business as usual” role. You will be part of shaping how we grow Microsoft in your local market, together with a Nordic setup behind you.

Your focus will be to **identify, recruit, and activate new Microsoft partners** in your local market — turning them into active, revenue-generating partners within our ecosystem.
