Microfinance Relationship & Loan Specialist

U Microfinance Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer in the Jhang area to build a profitable asset portfolio by selling bank products to prospective clients after carefully analyzing their repayment potential.

You will identify clients, establish rapport, assist with loan applications, verify creditworthiness, disburse loans, manage repayment schedules, mobilize deposits, and report daily activities to branch leadership. A Bachelor's in Business or Commerce and 2–4 years in banking is preferred.
