Job Description
The Rees Hotel Queenstown is seeking a dedicated chef to join our True South kitchen team. You will create modern New Zealand cuisine using local produce, with a focus on quality, presentation and seasonality.
You will work across larder, hot-line and/or dessert sections, with shifts across dinner or breakfast. A minimum of three years’ experience in quality properties/restaurants and strong English communication are essential.
